Revival Wellness Café social media work by Maia Studio
Food & Beverage

Revival Wellness Café

A speciality coffee and wellness café built around nourishing food, a tranquil atmosphere and community events.

Content StrategyCommunity MgmtLocal SEOReels

The Challenge

Revival had a genuinely beautiful product and a clear brand identity, but their social media wasn't fully capturing the experience of being in the space — which is ultimately what drives footfall for a café.

What We Did

We introduced a weekly content structure built around their menu, events like Sauna and Nourish, and user-generated style testimonial content from customers. Every caption was written with a local SEO focus, using Bournemouth-specific hashtags and location tags to consistently push the account in front of nearby audiences actively looking for wellness experiences.

Wellness & Fitness

@alekssyoga · Ibiza

AlekssYoga

A yoga instructor and wellness creator based in Ibiza, building an aspirational brand around movement, mindfulness, and lifestyle.

Content FrameworkReels StrategyBrand Storytelling

The Challenge

Aleks already had a beautiful, editorial aesthetic but the account lacked strategic direction — stunning visuals without a clear content structure that moved followers toward her services.

What We Did

Our approach centred on building a content framework that balanced three things: aspirational lifestyle content to attract new followers, educational yoga content to establish authority and personal storytelling to build trust and convert followers into clients. We introduced a Reels strategy using slow, cinematic edits paired with trending wellness audio to dramatically increase reach.

Lifestyle & Food

@halalgirliesldn · London, UK

HalalGirliesLdn

A London-based lifestyle and food discovery platform for Muslim women covering halal dining, activities and city culture.

Reels-First StrategyGrowthCommunityCaption SEO

The Challenge

Halal Girlies had a strong niche identity and a genuinely engaged community, but their growth potential was being limited by inconsistent posting and underuse of short-form video.

What We Did

Our strategy focused on shifting the content mix to Reels-first, using trending audios paired with aesthetic food and location footage to push their content to new audiences beyond their existing followers. We introduced a consistent posting rhythm of five times per week, built around London's food and lifestyle calendar, and optimised captions with location tags and community-focused calls to action.

IBearFitness social media work by Maia Studio
Fitness & Wellness

@ibearfitness · Leicester, UK

IBearFitness

A female-only mat pilates studio across Leicester, built around community, movement, and monthly events.

Content PillarsEvent PromotionReelsBrand Design

The Challenge

I Bear Fitness had a strong community offline but their social media wasn't reflecting the energy and warmth that made the studio special. The content was graphic-heavy but lacked the human, behind-the-scenes moments that build real connection and drive new class bookings.

What We Did

Our strategy introduced a mix of content pillars: community moments showing real members, event promotion for their monthly Girlhood events, educational pilates content to attract new audiences searching for female-only fitness, and class schedule graphics redesigned to feel more on-brand and shareable. We shifted the posting rhythm to daily during peak booking periods.

Shape and Tint social media work by Maia Studio
Beauty

@shapeandtint · Bali · 12.4K followers

Shape and Tint

A luxury nail, lash and brow beauty studio with locations in Bali, known for clean aesthetics and meticulous nail artistry.

UGC ContentTikTok StrategyBooking CTAsBeauty

The Challenge

Shape and Tint's content already had strong visual bones — close-up nail photography with a clean, minimal aesthetic. But the account needed a more intentional strategy to convert viewers into bookings.

What We Did

Our approach focused on three content types: detailed treatment close-ups to showcase the quality of work, UGC-style creator videos showing the full experience from arrival to finished look, and trending nail aesthetic content using popular audio to push reach into the beauty discovery space on both Instagram and TikTok. Captions were restructured to include treatment names and booking CTAs on every post.
